Here are just some of the ways you can help Hopper Haven help needy rabbits and guinea pigs.

Volunteer
Come along to the sanctuary on a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday after 10am and get stuck in mucking out, filling water bottles, socialising etc. Or help us with one of the many building projects we would love to get on with.
Fundraise
Our weekly feed and bedding bill is over a £100 a week, and our vet bill is higher still, so we are in constant need of funds. Come along and help with one of our fundraisers or do one of your own for us.
Donate
Send us a donation towards our running costs. Cheques should be made payable to Hopper Haven.
Donate Vegetables
Help keep our critters happy by bringing us fresh fruit or veg you find on sale or can scrounge from your local shop or allotment. We have a green bin at the front of the barn for you to leave veg in.
Sponsorship
We have many residents here at the sanctuary that have health problems or are old and are not candidates for rehoming. If you sponsor one of them you can visit them on Saturdays during our normal opening hours. Sponsorship can be done by monthly standing order into our bank account, or by giving us a lump sum.
Mobile phones
We can raise cash from your old phones, please bring them along to the sanctuary.
Newspaper
We use newspaper to bed down the animals in sick bay. Please leave your clean newspapers in the bin at the front of the barn doors.
Take some of our compostable waste
As you can imagine our animals create a lot of waste. This is a mixture of chopped flax straw, hay and droppings and when mixed with green waste such as lawn or hedge clippings it makes fantastic compost. Please help yourself to the green bags left at the front of the barn. Return the bags if possible.
